BOOT CAMP is a fun based fitness session that involves a combination of cardiovascular exercise, bodyweight training and light weights. BOOT CAMP sessions are always outside come rain, wind or shine! Despite the name, there are no drill sergeants! Just a fun and encouraging environment!
We also run a FAMILY BOOT CAMP session that can be enjoyed by the whole family! Session available to anyone 6 year old plus. Although these sessions are suitable for children, adults also find them a good workout!
