HIIT Club - Adults

Full body workout!! All fitness levels welcome!

High Intensity Interval Training is a great way to burn calories, burn fat and build muscle. It’s a one stop shop for busy people wanting to stay fit and healthy. It’s always a full body workout and activity is done at a high Intensity with short rest intervals. Suitable for all fitness levels, as exercises can be scaled and people are encouraged to take things at their own pace.
