Learn the intricacies of Snatch and Clean & Jerk

Beginners & Intermediate course in Olympic Lifting. It’s reccomended you complete the learn to lift course prior to starting the learn to load course. Run by Hallam Barbell Weightlifting Club. These courses are run over 10 continuous weeks.

  • Tuesdays – Learn to Lift – 6.00pm
  • Tuesdays – Learn to Load – 7.30pm
